The purpose of The WOMAN Initiative is to help women understand our biological makeup, and how it is our greatest value and power. This simple understanding unites us as women, no matter what walk of life we are in. Together, to find our voice and better represent ourselves in our various roles - in relationships, in our home, in the workforce, in society, and in our governing bodies. The hope is unity. The goal is accurate and true representation for women across the globe.

CURRENT INITIATIVE
We are launching songwriting programs in jails, prisons, and recovery centers. These are spaces where women are often unheard and disconnected from their voice. Through songwriting, we create space for expression, identity, and healing. This program was developed and is being led by Emily Shackelton, a #1 hit songwriter whose work has reached millions through major country artists.
